Are all of your products organic?
Many of our products contain organic ingredients, and some of our products contain wildcrafted and biodynamic ingredients which are often higher quality than organic. All of our ingredients are Non-GMO and Free of chemicals, and toxins found in commercially grown foods.

 

Are your products safe for kids and pregnant women?
We always recommend working with a paediatrician or practitioner when considering our products for your health.

 
When will my order be shipped?
All orders received before 4pm are processed within 1 business day and delivered via Australia Post. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is to be a significant delay in shipment of your goods, we will be in contact with you via email or phone.

 

Will I receive shipping confirmation/ order tracking?
You will receive a Confirmation of Shipment email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number.

 

What if my products are damaged?
Wholefood.me is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

 

Can I order Internationally?
We currently do not ship outside Australia.

 

Can I return my goods? 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 14 calendar days from date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and with all seals intact. The receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned goods.

 

Can i get a refund?  
On receipt or your returned goods we will inspect and notify you that we have received them. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the goods and if approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, bank deposit or original method of payment.

 

When will I receive my refund? 
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. This will depend on your card issuer's policies.

 

Who pays shipping costs of returned goods?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
