Directions
Dosage: 0.5 - 1.0 grams per day. 1.0 - 2.0 grams for athletes. Dosage may be increased if preferred. Can be taken daily; on the rise or at night.
Using the small scooper, measure out the desired dose of our authentic shilajit resin. Roll into a small ball and swallow like food or place into a cup of warm water, tea or coffee to dissolve as a healing elixir.
Pro Tip: We love to start our day with a warm glass of spring or purified water and a dose of dissolved Shilajit. This will activate your cells, wake up your body, battle daytime chronic fatigue, and balance brain chemistry. May repeat again at night to assist in a deep restful sleep or to curb any nighttime cravings.
If the lid is difficult to unscrew, soak the jar in warm water for a few mins to loosen the contents.
